Orders

If you have been waiting more than 2 working days for an order confirmation, check your e-mail software’s spam folder and then contact us. Your order will take 1-3 working days to process. As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a notification e-mail and a link where you can track the consignment.

COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE OR €20 WORLDWIDE

Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

We cannot influence the exact delivery day, but these are our standard delivery times:
EU (except for Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Malta, Portugal, Sweden): 3-7 business days, rest of the world: 7-21 business days

RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND REPAIRS

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the gloves to us.

RETURNS

If you decide to make use of your right to return goods:

1. Print out and fill in a Return Form.
2. Make sure that the gloves are undamaged and pack them in their original packaging.
3. Enclose the sent receipt.
4. Send the package (at your own expense) within 21 days after delivery.

We deal with all returns within 14 working days after receiving them. Please use a postal service that can be tracked – we are not responsible for consignments that do not reach us. You are responsible for the items until they are delivered to us. We accept no liability for goods damaged during on their way to us. It is the sender’s responsibility to pack the gloves in a way protecting them from damage.

COMPLAINTS

Our gloves are covered by a 24-month warranty. If you discover a defect during that period, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

REPAIRS

If you need to repair your gloves or alter them in any way, we will be happy to recommend reliable experts.
